40 years old. 5’0″, 137 lbs. 5 children. Previously wore a D-cup bra. Textured 320cc moderate classic profile gel implants were placed above the muscle, and a vertical glandular mastopexy was performed. Currently wears a DD-cup bra. 2 weeks later an abdominoplasty was performed. Photos taken 6 months after abdominoplasty.
