One of the great advantages of Botox treatments is that there's virtually no downtime. In most cases, you can return to your normal activities immediately after your appointment. To ensure optimal results, we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise or excessive sweating for 24 hours, lying down for four hours post-treatment, and not rubbing or massaging the treatment area for a few days. Following injections with Botox Memphis, patients will be asked to avoid facial massages or lying face down for seven days.
We ask that you avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your treatment. In addition, avoid over the counter blood thinning agents, such as motrin, aleve, aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen a few days before and immediately after treatment to avoid bruising.
